Telephone Issues

Telephone malfunctions: If your phone malfunctions, first make a note if it is not ringing (the caller hears it ring, but you don't), can't dial out, has no dial tone, or cannot be dialed in to (doesn't ring, or is always busy from the callers point).

Check with Gary with the result of the above. Gary will determine if he has the equipment to fix it, or if you will have to report it to Telecom to be repaired. If Telecom will have to repair it, go to another phone (if you can't dial out), and call 277-1111 to report it's number and room location, and your building number (PandA at Yale and Lomas are Building 207, Campus Observatory is 208, Regener Hall is 35).
