The department wishes to gather input from its graduates in order to better tailor
our undergraduate program to the needs of the community.

Please help us by filling in answers to the questions below, and submitting the form back to the department.

Rate the effectiveness of the laboratory classes in building your ability to apply physics theory on a scale of 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest). Which of the laboratory classes were beneficial for you? Feel free to comment on how they can be improved.
On a 1 to 5 scale, how well did your mathematics classes provide you with the necessary background for your physics classes (1: too little math., 3: just right, 5: too much math)? What would you add/drop to the math requirements?
On a 1 to 5 scale, did you receive adequate training in the use of computers: (1: not enough, 3: just right, 5: too much). Feel free to comment on any inadequacies in the way in which computers were used.
On a 1 to 5 scale, how useful were the freshman chemistry classes as part of your major? (1: not useful, 3: moderately useful, 5: extremely useful)
On a 1 to 5 scale, was there enough emphasis on learning how to communicate scientific information in oral and written forms (1: too little, 3: just right, 5: too much)? Feel free to comment on how to improve this part of the curriculum.
